This is table of all the identifiers used in your programs.
For HTML, the entries are hyper linked to each occurrence
of the identifier. Finding identifiers is the task
of tanglers. At this time, the Python tangler can find
most of them by tokenising python script. None of the
other tanglers support this feature properly yet.
